Can’t open the app

Just like recent reviews, the app only shows black screen for me. I’ve re-download it and restarted my phone. Still doesn’t work. Only way now to get my tickets is through the website itself. Please fix or will have to go somewhere else.

That are the epitome of a monopoly. The ticket buying process is so screwed up and has no back capability.

Too many small x’s to hit. By the time I got the terms and conditions x to clear the parking pass I ordered was gone. A bit frustrating.

App says my iphone has connectivity issues, but the issue is only with this app. Everything else connects fine

Shocked that this app has 4.8 star rating. “Tickets” section always shows a little buffer circle at the top, and the app overall takes a bit to load things like upcoming show dates. Annoying

The app is the same thing as Ticketmaster, but they didn’t learn from them. I work testing EDC’s and I expected this app to give me an option to not take into consideration where I live… we are millennials, using the app, we would like to have options for those of us that can travel and want to go to a concert in, for example, NY even though I live in NC.

I’d give this zero stars if possible, after multiple updates still just get a black screen, garbage.
