Cumbersome to use and search feature doesn’t work well for my location. And this was not user error. Take some of the excess money you make off fees and additional charges and put it into a better app. It’s 2018. It’s not that hard to develop now.

So after each ticket search you have to put in the ticket quantity and password and captcha!! Usless app!

Open the app. Every time there is pop-up app needs to be updated go to App Store. Go to App Store and there is no update available. Very annoying.

Makes me mad I have to pay3.50 To mail these tickets when I use to get them right on my phone or print them my self this is a rip off
