This is the third time that i buy the same item. The two previous still in my house because i no have an answer from customer service to return the items. Unfortunately i need it for a trip

Dear LightInTheBox, On March 24, 2018 I placed the order with you for various items. The orders have still not been delivered. As mentioned on the website after placing the orders, that the orders would arrive within 4 - 9 business days. Under the Consumer Rights Act you are required to deliver the orders to me at the agreed time. As I have still not received my orders and it is passed the mentioned time, and delayed several times after that, I believe you are in breach of agreement. It is my first experience with You, but I am very disappointed. Besides this I haven’t got any e-mail of apology from your side about delaying, which is evident that you don’t care about your customers. As a worldwide online shopping site you have to think about these details in future if you don’t want to lose your customers. After this experience with you I believe I am not only one who faced this. You have to be more responsible and also customer satisfaction must be in the first place for you. I hope you will take measure about this issue soon and deliver my orders finally. Already they cancel the oder but no refund for my money till today

That’s about it for now I basically got on the website search for wall clings it came up with an option to choose all rooms which I did it provided a very extensive search list many of which I put into my cart by the time I got there and decide what I really want it I could not go back and find that same filter again so I am ordering one thing instead of 20.! Sorry I guess it’s back to Amazon.

Clothing was a joke... not a good experience

I ordered 2 dresses a few weeks ago... after searching the website with great intensity I could not find how to return these items. Unlike most stores it’s pretty simple to return… But you actually have to email customer service to tell you what to do… That is ridiculous. The dresses were not the actual size I requested and they look cheap… I just want quality customer service and what I paid for and now what I want to return. This has been a really terrible experience... plz take your Business elsewhere if you want quality service and the quality product. Marie W.

i order dress for my sons wedding and dress newer arrived i try to contact no responds i got tracking number and i did tracking its say deliverd but i newer reseved and i try to contact companie no respands, i paid full they send my package way after they start prosseing. of course not came when i need it, stil ovet a month i even pay my credit catd still my dress not here


Worst place to order from ever!

I placed an order on 4/8/18. The shipper did not place my apt number on the package. After waiting 18 days to get the order, it was sent back by USPS for a bad address. I now have no idea where the package is and Light In The Box will not refund my money until they get it back. It is currently 5/18/18. This is not my fault. I completed the order information correctly. I will never use them again and I do not recommend anyone else use them.


Be wary of new customer coupons...

There are a couple of issues with their app. —First you must add an item to your cart to see color and size options. —I could not find the size chart, but did find it on their website (not their app). —They offered a $59 coupon for new users on account set-up page, but I only got $15 off and that was for spending over $300. None of these were deal breakers for me, but beware. I’m curious to see the quality and accuracy of shipping estimates.
