Bad communication. Till now no refined my money – LightInTheBox Review

Dear LightInTheBox, On March 24, 2018 I placed the order with you for various items. The orders have still not been delivered. As mentioned on the website after placing the orders, that the orders would arrive within 4 - 9 business days. Under the Consumer Rights Act you are required to deliver the orders to me at the agreed time. As I have still not received my orders and it is passed the mentioned time, and delayed several times after that, I believe you are in breach of agreement. It is my first experience with You, but I am very disappointed. Besides this I haven’t got any e-mail of apology from your side about delaying, which is evident that you don’t care about your customers. As a worldwide online shopping site you have to think about these details in future if you don’t want to lose your customers. After this experience with you I believe I am not only one who faced this. You have to be more responsible and also customer satisfaction must be in the first place for you. I hope you will take measure about this issue soon and deliver my orders finally. Already they cancel the oder but no refund for my money till today
