Worst app ever I swear.

@lightinthebox 5 months to solve my problem!!!!!!! They keep repeat their solutions to show you they care while they are not at all. I wish if I never made that mistake and order from them. Worst online shopping EVER.

١- انا طلبت منهم مره ووصلو كل الطلبيه الا طلب واحد ماجاء مع الرغم دفعت قيمته ٢- انا طلب منهم ثاني مره وقالولي شركة الشحن وصل لك حذاء بقيمة ١٣٠٠ ريال سعودي طبعناً انا طالب ٢٥ قطعه بقيمة ١٦٠٨ريال ومن ضمنها الحذاء الي سعره في الاساس ١٢٧ ريال يعني باقي ٢٤ قطعه فقلت لشركة الشحن انهم يتأكدو من البضاعه كامله فقالو لا مانقدر غير مسموح لنا قلت واصلو شركة LightInTheBox قلو ماعندنا اي صله لتواصل معاهم حاول انت معاهم وابحث عن رقمهم وطبعناً مالهم رقم ورسلت لهم على خدمة العملاء ولم يستجيبو لي وكأن خدمة العملاء وهميه ليسة حقيقيه

NOT ONLY DID MY PRODUCT COME LATE. IT WAS “POURLY “PACKAGED AND BROKEN. CONTACTED CUSTOMER SERVICE WHICH WAS TOTALLY A WASTE OF TIME. STATING THAT THEY ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE. I SHOULD HAVE READ THE REVIEWS. THEN I WOULD NOT HAVE GONE THROUGH AND STILL GOING THROUGH JUST TO GET MY MONEY BACK.

Order number 1804092328909340 Date 15/04/2018 This website sell item not only cheap and very low quality has bed smell and get damage so quickly . Also they are not professional at all , i pad for an order for more then 2 months and still didn't get it . And the costumer service never reply or try to solve the problem . They took the money and never support you to found out where is your shipment . I don't recommend anyone to order from this web. I spend lot of money for nothing.

I'm sick of being notified every few minutes that I have an item in my cart. Stop it already! For this annoyance, I am removing the item and will look elsewhere. Additionally, please tell me where I can delete the sounds, or I will uninstall the app for a second time. Also, it is misleading to offer $175.00 for downloading the app if you don't state stipulations clearly upfront.

This store actually promoted an item to me I was really interested in at a time I had an important event to attend. After I purchased the item and paid for the 2 to 4 day expedition they gave me a excuse that they could not expedite my package for the time that I paid for! They actually tried to make me wait for two weeks. This may be very hard to believe but these people actually gave me a formal excuse that they could not sit in the item on time! I responded with refund me the money I pay for it to be sent to me in 2 to 4 business days and they refused to give me the money back! Then IHad gotten frustrated and decided to cancel the whole order and they told me I had to wait 3 to 5 business days and also more days that they could not calculate for the refund! I am so hurts for this horrible experience not only didI have to re-order from another site but I have two also use funds that were supposed to be used because I had already purchased from the sithe! I do not recommend you using this site and quite frankly I am no longer trust worthy of every app on this Apple store anymore!
