Hey Fabio ,,, you still there !! You are costumer support supervisor that what you said !!!! Can you please reply to my request i sent 3 days ago ??? I don’t know where is my package you sent !!! Even the track link you send 2 weeks ago in not working . So i sent the request asking about my package but as usual no one is answering !!! Order number 1804092328909340 Date 15/04/2018 This website sell item not only cheap and very low quality has bed smell and get damage so quickly . Also they are not professional at all , i pad for an order for more then 2 months and still didn't get it . And the costumer service never reply or try to solve the problem . They took the money and never support you to found out where is your shipment . I don't recommend anyone to order from this web. I spend lot of money for nothing.
Can’t find a way to return items

I was sent package of two dresses. They did not fit me. I looked at receipts and they are written in Chinese with a Chinese address. I go to the site and follow directions. In order to return items I have to do it on the email confirmation they send. I was not sent anything. No way to contact them. It says I have no order when I try to find it. It shows my email address but says “unconfirmed”. Now I have over $200+ worth of dresses that do t fit and the color is very off.

All the items I ordered have been very good. I have enjoyed wearing the clothes as well The problem is that the items took a long time to arrive. Also , I have not received the entire order at the same time with long intervals before receiving the entire order. The That is most inconvenient and very disappointing. If it continues with this last order I will not be ordering anything else.
