I paid for my order they receive the money but when I check on my order it says I have no order they have no phone number to contact them I took pictures of of my receipt and it said order complete with order number to this day I still haven’t receive my products

I waited 3 1/2 weeks before my order arrived and it was nothing like the picture of what I anticipated to receive... The material was very cheap and it didn’t look like what I purchased. Also, it has black stains on my outfit... I’m requesting a full refund
Cheaply made fake trench coat

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SITE! I had a similar experience with wanting to get a refund after waiting 6 weeks. They would not give me my money back. The package finally arrived after 8 weeks of waiting. When I received my trench coat or I thought would be,I was mortified ! They basically sewed 3 large pieces of some cheap nylon and threw 3 black buttons down the front of it and called it a trench coat? Never ever again will I shop here its a joke! Upsetting because I'm out of 36 bucks when I could of ran down to Target and got a better deal and a trench coat that actually looks like a trench coat. ? smh...

Iam dissatisfied with this company I need to speak with a person in regards to my order placed on the 3of April I have no tracking record and no way of knowing which company is delivering I paid for shipping and no way of checking . I will never order from this company again . Unless I hear back by email . PeggyParsons. You lost a good customer you stole my money .About 2 weeks ago I wrote a bad review for this company I stand wrong . The company did deliver my order . It took about a month but it was delivered Thankyou I will continue to shop with the company .

I paid for my order ... got the confirmation and order number .... had three shirts all xxl ... when I got the received order notification e-mail.... two went down to xl... so went back to site they said best way to get it right was cancel order and reorder.... here the problem they have no order on my account nor under the order number they gave me
