Customer service response is too slow. Products are of good quality, but you need to improve in your open ticket response. I’ve sent the item back and I’m waiting for the replacement item to arrive. I’ll reserve my opinion , until I get the replacement back

I’m confused there are lots of complaints I’ve ordered once and got my product fast within a week and at a great price so I’m definitely ordering again I realize it comes from overseas and a lot of times that takes a while with other sites I’ve ordered from but so far I’m happy with this app and the prices are way cheaper it would definitely be worth the wait if your not in a hurry I will update if I have any problems in the future but for now they got my business

I’ve ordered several items now, and for the most part, they’re great. Just understand delivery may be over a month, but at these prices, it’s worth the wait.

I ordered an item that took 40 days to get to me. I did finally get it but I was worried for awhile. This is my first order since then because I wanted to be sure this site was real. Quality is okay, you get what you pay for.
