Trying to make a return for the third time and no reply.

I’ve tried three different times to get your company to send me a label to return a large order that I had made my name is Diane Vega phone number 305-965-5693 I have gotten no help whatsoever from the company your sizes are ridiculously small I asked for an extra large for a dog that was 71 pounds of weight and what was sent to me was what fits our Yorky in size small with the label of extra large on it your sizes are just ridiculous now I need a reply back so call me stop wasting my time I have The box is still here with about 14 to 15 items inside that I need to return them all. You’re quick to collect the money but very poor to give service

I find this app in Facebook and say get free 125$ if you join, After I join nothing there no 125$, Then I go to see the prices I find good price, I make order say 3-7 days will be here in Dubai Now 12days nothing come here

Wow what a bad experience I actually ordered and paid for 2 jackets when I got one of them it was children’s size!! Crazy so then comes customer service Warren Salazar it says 100% Satisfaction that was Bull So I told Warren the whole story so he sends me an address which was in Belgium He said he couldn’t send me a return Label at this time.? Any money I spend sending the item back I would get reimbursed for so 2.5 months later I get the same jacket back said RTS Return to Sender must have been listening to Elvis. It cost $49.00 to send it to the wrong address so I send Mr Salazar the receipt for what it cost me via email it’s been At least a month more know response I’m seriously contemplating Sueing The Jerks And Warren Salazar for he represents the company. Do not not buy anything from these guys if you could ever get the right size then it’s a nice jacket The problem is they are made and shipped from China. Long story short I’m out a $100 bucks and they could care less. You decide what you want to do but you’re just making them Rich and you poor unless you have money to throw away Very Disappointed x customer Ron Gustum MI

I have been shopping at LightInABox for years. Quality in all products is superb. Only caution for clothings: Sizes run very small. I find customer service severely lacking but still love products I have receive.

Overall App is useful alternative to Amazon. Inventory maybe not as extensive and offers for free shipping are few but what is certain is that many great bargains are to be had. I use almost daily and would recommend to anyone that wishes to have an Amazon alternative.
