I am completely dissatisfied with light in the box I ordered for them two times and both times they messed up my order I ordered a 3-D lamp skeleton hand and instead got some ugly dog 3-D lamp that I didn’t want and I would like my refund and should not have to pay shipping and handling for the companies mistakes. I will not be ordering from them again or recommending anybody to order from them. They have horrible customer service, untimely delivery and your order never seems to be right.????

I bought bundles on here.. my account was charged and everything, but I never received a confirmation or anything and my order didn’t show up on the app. There’s absolutely no way I could contact them for the simple fact that my order wasn’t there, so they just took money from me. This was my first experience with the app and I’m not happy with it. There’s no way for me to get my refund

My sons wedding is in 10 days. I ordered a pant suit from this site. It was too small as their sizes are not US sizes. I ordered a bigger size and requested a refund for the size that did not fit. I was then told that the pantsuit was special made, Which it was not! They actually have an option where you can do measurements and send in for a special made garment. I did not do this as I needed the pant suit for the wedding so I ordered a regular size. Now they tell me that it was special made and that I cannot get a refund! I am so disappointed in this site and the communication which is has not been very much. I am now told that I cannot get a refund and that if I do cancel the order for the larger size that I ordered and request a refund that I will only get 50% of the money that I paid. Terrible communication, terrible sight. By the way there doesn’t seem to be anyone that you can actually get in contact with to discuss any matters. Do not Buy from this site.
