How bad App looks like !!!

The order has been placed on 9th of May, an I just received it today on 25th of June !!!!!!!! And the delivery company took 20USD more, that no one mentioned it before !! This app is not good one !!

Worst purchasing experience I had endured

I placed an order on 4/8/18. The shipper did not place my apt number on the package. After waiting 18 days to get the order, it was sent back by USPS for a bad address. I now have no idea where the package is and Light In The Box will not refund my money until they get it back. It is currently 5/18/18. This is not my fault. I completed the order information correctly. I will never use them again and I do not recommend anyone else use them. Update: 5/24/18 my case was closed with LightInTheBox without a refund or resolution. I created a second ticket in accordance with the response on this review page. It is automated and a joke. They immediately marked the second ticket it as resolved. I have disputed my charges with PayPal. Worst online shopping experience ever. I will stick with Amazon. Update: 5/28/18 they asked for proof that the package was returned. I asked “Where can I email it?” And explained that the attachment icon did not allow me to send the information. Their response was “Thank you for contacting us. please email it here using a computer Sincerely, Moliere LightInTheBox Customer Service”.

I love the clothes. My only problem is about half the items I order even if it’s the same size, half doesn’t fit. To ship it back its more trouble then it’s worth. So I usually just donate it. I wish I could talk to a human that speaks English so I could easily return or just exchange. I wear a USA size 42 jacket and the Chinese size XXXXXL IS STILL WAY TOO SMALL. Just for your info!!
