Connection issues

Only works 1 out of 10 times I try to use it. Will not connect. When it does connect it works perfectly fine but this issues is it never wants to connect.

You don’t need my location to let me change the channel.

I’ve tried using this app on TWO LG TVs and it will not connect. I’ve restarted my router. Turned the TV off, turned my phone off, I even went between my 2G and 5G WiFi and it will not connect. I have no idea what I am doing wrong the software on both my phone and TV are up to date.

This app does not work 90% of the time

Absolutely terrible app. Every time you close the app you have to reconnect to the tv, and half the time it cannot even find my tv even with being on the same WiFi network, and 2 feet from the tv. No big deal really to get up and use the BUTTON on the television however I cannot navigate the apps on the TV with the single button. BOOOO

How is it that there is no keyboard (abcd) in this app. This is crazy. It’s literally the only reason I downloaded this. Useless.

Location data?

Why is location data required? It wasn’t required before so the only reason it is now required is because they are trying to harvest more location data about users. Can’t even deny it or it will shut down the app.

Wifi connection?

The only way for the app to work is with it connecting to the same wifi.. but what if although the phone is connected to the same wifi the app can’t find the TV? What then? After resetting the TV and phone this app still didn’t function it’s a waste ... don’t download.
