Doesn’t connect

Ok so the app is fine not going to lie...just that I have to get up and turn the TV on instead from my phone...which is ridiculous btw....but I’m having major issues with the connection between my phone and the TV....both my phone and the TV are in the same WIFI and yet my phone can’t “find the tv” when it’s on. Tried uninstalling and installing the app again and it’s not able to find my TV. Tried to turn off and then back on my TV and still nothing....what is this bull crap seriously please fix your app because it makes no sense as to how my phone can’t connect to the TV when they are both in the same WIFI ...dealing with this a lot ...PLS FIX IT!!

Nope. And a double nope. Why on earth would this app REQUIRE location services to be on in order to work. Delete.
Useless with iPhone 8+

I am an IT guy. I know networking. This app has never connected to my LG TV. There is only one Wi-Fi network in the house and all phones, iPads, and the TV are connected to the Wi-Fi network. But the app on my iPhone can never find the TV. If I could give this app zero stars I would do it. Please come up with something that works before it gets put up on the App Store

The title says it all. Doesn’t connect. Isn’t stable. This app also directs to another similarly poor LG app with a lot more junk that works just as poorly.

My tv model um6950dub was taken off and now I can’t use this app!! I loved the app can you all fix the problem... keeps telling me that my phone and tv are not on the same wifi but obviously they are!!

I used to enjoy this app but now that it requires location data (why?) to even change the station. Deleted

This app is terrible! When it works (5 min success) it’s great! But I have to constantly delete it and download it again for it to connect to my tv...literally garbage!

The app [ LG TV App] says : “You MUST share your location OR you cannot use our product. “ I deleted this lousy app 1 minute later. I will NOT buy another LG TV near futures. again.

Does NOT work,....At All! After speaking w/ LG, I was informed that the App is not compatible! Wait....what?!?! Then WHY is it available?? The TV is getting returned for a brand that is more technologically advanced!
