My tv is connected to the same WiFi as my router and phone and the this app can’t find my tv!
Needs Significant improvement

Need to pair with TV every time the app is opened which is extremely frustrating. How could this pass QA is surprising. The app also unnecessarily interferes with the brightness setting of the phone.

Is it that hard to make a simple app?? it disconnects from the tv every time I wanna use it and tells me to connect again and again. Total trash, hopefully I can find my actual remote.

My OLED 55 work and my Samsun works but the OLED 77. This app is not helpful.
Easy five stars - don’t understand the low ratings

Had this TV for 3 years and I can’t believe I did not find this earlier. I just wanted a simple and easy way to play my videos and photos directly from my phone on my lg TV and this does just that. I had tried setting up a NAS media server from my router, streaming from Plex, and screen casting apps but nothing worked or cost money. This does the job plus is a nice little remote on the phone for typing quickly in the TV web browser which I do often and used to be a pain doing manually on the remote. Great job!

This app would’ve been handy considering everyone uses technology and their phones to connect to the world around them , however the app has various bugs , it used to disconnect suddenly and after the tv update the app no longer worked at all, wouldn’t even detect the tv while connected to the same wifi connection. This app just took up space and I deleted it. Do not download
Needs location?

Will not let you use app if you don’t give it your location. You don’t need my location to let me change the channel. Next TV will NOT be an LG.

Despite being on same network, the app will not find the TV. I thought the bad reviews were exaggerated... But they’re true.
