Absolute garbage

Got this app after buying a new LG washer/dryer set. It’s ok when it works...but it rarely works. It looses the connection to the machines, deletes your profiles, and takes an eternity to get set up again. Topping it off is a dreadful interface. How can LG pair this pathetic app with their otherwise good products?? Keep this up LG, and you will end up the same place as others that ignored progress (think Blackberry, Walkman etc)...left in the dust by competition that listens to their customers.

Great up works well once set up. Very frustrating to have to run through set up 25 times to get it to work. Once set up works as expected. Love the download cycle can customize to what is needed Will use a lot.
Horrible app! They need an upgrade

Horrible app! Takes forever to load up, bugs out all the time. Scheduling also is horrible on this app. The app always freezes

What a pain in the a** this is. First it wouldn’t except my name and password. I had to try multiple times before I finally was able to sign in using my Amazon account. But then it kept insisting my washer wasn’t registered. So I then had to go register it......3 different times! Now it tells me I need to sign in using LG account, so I tried that. But the LG account insists I’m already signed into Amazon. Back and forth each insisting I have to use the other one. I tried signing out of Amazon and I tried deleting the app, I give up!! Grrrrr
