So I connect my washer and dryer to my app, I click on the washer, and it gives me options to “Start Smart Diagnosis” and “View Diagnosis History”. Cool.... that’s it? I can’t set custom washes like I was told I could do???

App wouldn’t recognize my login account

Pretty bad when you have an app that doesn’t recognize my login info that works on my PC but not on my iPhone app. LG needs to fix that before I can even use the app to communicate with my LG dishwasher.

I have front load washer and dryer with smart thinq app. The options are "start Smart Diagnosis" and "View Diagnosis History". Where are the extra cycles? Where is the remote? for sidekick?
Needs to be optimized for IPhone X
