Constantly hanging

Ever since last update this app constantly hangs. Was working fine before. Trying to figure out how to roll back since their app team doesn't test things before pushing it out.

Very informative without having to walk to the washer and dryer to find out the time remaining and notifies you when the load is done.
Convenient app when appliances are not easy access.

I didn’t think that having my appliances connected to the Internet would be a big deal, but I really do enjoy this feature. I had problems keeping the washer connected to my home Internet, but this seems to be working now. My washer and dryer are in the basement; my main floor is kitchen and living room, and all of my bedrooms are upstairs. Bottom line, I get a whole lot of exercise going up and down stairs when it comes time to wash the laundry for the week. Knowing when a lot of laundry is going to be complete or is finished really is a nice feature and a major selling point. I would definitely look for it again if I ever had to replace these units, but I don’t see that happening anytime soon as I love both washer and dryer. Thanks LG!

Every time open the app screen goes black and then back to my normal screen without opening the app
Can’t turn on washer or dryer remotely???

What’s the point of having an app to control a machine if I have to go TO the machine and press a button to turn it on first?

Terrible connectivity. Cryptic error messages. Takes 20 to 30 seconds to open the app and then another 20 to 30 seconds to connect your device. Don’t buy any of their connected products expecting a digital experience
