Pretty Good

The only item I could criticize is that I wish I could remotely activate the wrinkle guard function of the dryer.

It barely does anything

Figured you would have more options when using the app and talking to the machines. It’s annoying that you can’t set the modes for either the washer or the dryer from the App. I haven’t quite figured out why you can start, pause, and stop a cycle, but can’t change the actual cycle/mode from the app. Seems as though it wouldn’t be hard since it’s already connected to the WiFi. I think the app for these are a great idea, but I believe you guys are utilizing it to the best of your abilities...

Amazing App

This App has helped a lot my family. Specially when we travel to visit family, we just let it ready, and when we are coming back we put the machine to work.

Todo bien

Un refrigerador muy bien diseñado y construido. Funciona de acuerdo a lo esperado

Great system

My laundry is in the basement and I do not always hear it. This app sends me an alert when it is done. Love it.

unreliable

We just bought an LG washing machine and dryer combo. The manual says it connects to phones. But the app doesn't show me how. It only says I can't use the "tag on" feature. So what's my alternative then? Our LG fridge used to be connected and then randomly disconnected and I can't get it to connect again.

Good app

It’s ok

I was looking for more information rather than just cycle and time. Plus, connecting is very clunky. Then, I changed my Google account password and everything blew up. I had to add devices again and, even though my devices are on my Wifi, connecting to them was like pulling teeth. The whole thing could be a lot more user friendly, more intuitive, batched processes should be used to connect devices.

‘Duvet course’ not a solution

MisterStupendous

Load imbalance with a comforter triggered a warning code, but ThinQ suggested choosing a ‘duvet course’. Not sure what the heck that is, maybe after dessert? Used downloaded & printed user manual to figure out that the spin cycle needed to be set to ‘low’ when washing a single comforter. LG needs comprehensive UX overhaul for ThinQ and product support website.
