Constantly get errors when trying to setup account and login!! Shouldn’t be this hard!
Not complete or useful set of features and notifications never get deleted.

I am stymied by the lack of useful features and functions. First why do I have go to the washer to turn it on. Why can’t there be a remote turn on turn off? It seems I have connect each time I want to use. The software and hardware should be full functional once it has been connect. The hardware and software through microcode and software update should add these functions. If not then then LG should abandon WiFi connectivity. The notifications never delete. I have sent notes to support about this and got no response. This is a very poor implementation. Please improve. It barely works.

Love the convenience of this app, our washer and dryer are located in the basement. You cannot hear the chimes so this app works great!

I have a second story laundry room and some times I get busy cleaning while doing laundry. My HE washer and dryer don’t have exact timing. I can listen for the notifications on my phone instead of non stop checking.
No iOS NFC support.

It’s time for LG to provide NFC functionality for IPhones since all new iPhones as of the XR and 11 offer this feature.
No point in using this for the refrigerator

I am very happy with my LG refrigerator, but this app does not add any functionality to it. It allows you to change the settings, but nothing more! It does not show you the actual temperature inside the refrigerator or warns you if the door is left open. With those 2 simple functions I would reconsider my opinion about this app.
