Absolute garbage – LG ThinQ Review

Got this app after buying a new LG washer/dryer set. It’s ok when it works...but it rarely works. It looses the connection to the machines, deletes your profiles, and takes an eternity to get set up again. Topping it off is a dreadful interface. How can LG pair this pathetic app with their otherwise good products?? Keep this up LG, and you will end up the same place as others that ignored progress (think Blackberry, Walkman etc)...left in the dust by competition that listens to their customers.
