Works easy, could use a night mode

Setup was easy enough. I think a night mode would make it better since I don’t like bright screens especially when checking on my washer/dryer late at night.

Crashing App

Used to use App on my iPhone X and it was call for reminders/notifications. I’ve since gotten a new iPhone Xr IOS 12.4 and the app continually crashes, don’t know what the issue is. I wish LG would fix it

LOVE this app! Makes it so easy to set my washer & dryer! Also love the reminder of when the cycles are finished. Feel so tech savvy!
Overrated

Don’t be fooled you can’t set your own cycles from the app which is annoying. I have kids and wash everything in cold and most items need a soak cycle for stains.. I just think for the price your paying to have WiFi you should be able to set up custom cycles to download to the washer. That being said it’s a great app just overrated..
