Love my new washer. So quiet yet does an excellent job on all types of washes and settings. Love that I can keep track of the washer time with my LG Smart ThinQ app. So worth the$$. And the smart diagnosis is great when your not sure why things aren't working right. Smart diagnosis tells me right away... Like unlock the washer then you can choose your next load. So awesome!! Thank you LG!!?
Terrible that the Tag On option is not supported on iOS

After have the new dryer purchased and installed under the premise that we could use remote features, we then find out this is not the case on and iPhone. Very disappointed in LG not to have solved this problem. Will not recommend LG appliances with this feature.
OK app. Too bad LG broke IFTTT integration

The app successfully lets you know when a load is done, and also lets you see how much the is left. Remote start needs to be enabled each time on the washer or dryer. LG has IFTTT connections, but they are broken, so this app is your only option; the flexibility of IFTTT would be better, especially because the presence of LG in the IFTTT connections makes you think they still support it.
Immediately crashes

Immediately crashes at startup. New version says network is bad before crashing. Network is just fine, wifi and mobile.
