Terrible. Can’t even log in

I tried creating an account. After filling everything out, I try logging in and it says email or password is in correct. So I click Forgot Password and it says there is no account associated with that email. So I try creating the account again. And it says there is already an account with my email. What a joke

Whenever I attempt to login (iPhone 11 Pro Max) it crashes. As a result, the application is completely useless.
Got Locked Out

I tried to receive my COVID-19 and went to do the identity authentication, but no questions were shown so I was locked out of my account and unable to receive my results.
Lab Result Identification

The result identification quiz on the app didn’t show any of the questions, and when I closed the quiz to try to reload it, it locked me out and forced me to send the printed form.
Website works, app doesn’t

I have had my website account set up before this application. I can successfully log into the website just fine. However, when setting up the app it said I already have an account created. I reset the password through the app successfully. However, still cannot login to the app. But, the website does see the new password change.I’m giving this application one star since I cannot even log in to evaluate.
Most frustrating app and horrible customer service

I registered. I used the verification code. I tried to login. Got the message that email/password didn’t match. Hit reset password. Entered my email address. Message: no account matches with email address. Tried to register again thinking I’d messed up the email address. Got a message “duplicate” account. I emailed customer support. Still haven’t heard back. I guess I will have to wait for snail mail for my results. It’s pretty bad when the USPS outshines an app.

Zero stars is not an available option. They must have put a lot of effort into making an app this buggy, this useless. I’m finding it impossible to log in to the app. This is usually not rocket science. User name, then password. All saved in keychain. This is the first app I’ve ever had that won’t let me log in.
Pressed one button wrong once

Misspressed a janky button one time and I’m now locked out of authenticating my account, because I accidentally pressed cancel instead of continue. I have absolutely no clue how this is considered okay, nor do I know why I have to use this god forsaken app to view my test results.
Does not provide access to lab results

Very buggy interface does not allow you to verify your identity, stopping access to results. Forces you to submit a physical letter which will get addressed in 3 business days. Makes the app pointless.
