The newest release has bugs. The Face ID acts like it’s working but then doesn’t actually log you in. So you type in your info and it keeps you on the log in screen for a while.

I think it’s the least user friendly app ever created. Just redirects you to safari, and it’s slow. How pointless.

I downloaded and tried to log in using LastPass. Invalid username/password. I copy from LastPass and paste into the app, and it works. Now I can’t scroll through the results/files. It just shows the last 3. I collapse one group and they all collapse. Filter doesn’t work either. Tried opening a result. Can’t scroll through the test results. Useless.

Why does the app keep replying the wrong email or password has been entered!? I attempted to change password, using the code sent, but it will not “submit.”

What’s the point of having the app if no of the results get posted there? Complete waste of time. Don’t even bother...

The navigation on this app is horrible. If you click on the wrong item, you cannot back out of it - there is no back button!

The signup process is very painful. I use a password manager and it’s impossible to make it work well with this app. Additionally, copy/paste in the signup entry boxes doesn’t work. At least biometric login appears to work without major incidents.

Least helpful during the pandemic

I had to go get a covid test and was instructed to use this app to find out my results. When setting up my profile and going to authenticate my info, it locked me out and said the authentication was unsuccessful before I even started the process! Then you’re asking I email/fax a form and wait a few days to be approved and then I can see my results?? This app is useless and there’s no clarity on how to get customer support for this situation.
