Literally useless! – Labcorp | Patient Review

There is no point in this app. I was able to register just fine and then it asks me to verify my identity to view my test results. That’s fine I understand that. BUT it asked me questions like “what vehicle have you never been associated with” I was never associated with any of the ones provided. It also asked “what street did you never live on?” I never lived on any of the streets provided. And no matter what I pushed it said my answers were wrong! HOWWWW?! then it says can’t verify persons identity and to submit a form and copy of ID so I try to fill out the form and as soon as you type the first letter into the form it asks you for the owner of the documents password. HuH?! I type in every password I’ve ever made and they are all wrong. Now I can’t look at what my results are and have no choice but to go get tested AGAIN at rite aid?I don’t recommend going to Walgreens to get tested this app they make you sign up for to get your results is pathetic and useless and a waste of time
