Can’t even create an account! – Labcorp | Patient Review

It’s been horrid. I just want to make an account to know my COVID-19 test results. On my phone: It says “DO NOT HIT BACK BUTTON OR REFRESH PAGE.” I never did that. I entered my information, received a page asking me to type in the code sent to my email. Clicked out (but did not close) that window to open my email to get the code. Switched back to the original, which had refreshed ON ITS OWN, and didn’t ask for a verification code. I tried logging in with the password I’d just used but it said the username or password was incorrect, when I took this to the reset password link, it said that my email address doesn’t have an account listed with it. That would’ve been fine, except that when I went to register again, the form automatically flagged my email as having an account registered. Yet when I clicked the link to log in, the same old story happened. I then took this to my PC. STILL nothing. Since the email said it would send a new link in 20 if I tried again, I stepped away for an hour to do other tasks. Yet when I came back to either my PC or my phone, this whole process repeated again. Please fix your system, LabCorp. It’s an absolutely awful mess.
