I’m running IOS 13.12 on my iPhone 11. There are Bluetooth streaming issues on all the iOS 13s. When connectivity is lost I put my phone in airplane mode open up my batteries on my ha wait a bit and turn it all back on. They’ll eventually pair again...usually quickly. Apple is aware of this and it seems to affect most ha brands. I’ve gone hours, even days, without glitches and then they’re back. As frustrating as it is, we’ll have to wait for the correct update. My workaround is getting me by. As to the update, it’s quicker with more bells and whistles that actually make sense. I’ve gotten a better hearing experience using it. Best of luck all

The app does not progress beyond the opening screen since the latest update. As such, unable to adjust hearing aids. Update 10/7/19 I deleted the app and downloaded the app again and all is well - works as before.

I have used this app for almost four years and it is getting less useful almost daily. Biggest problem is the ever lengthening time it tasked yo connect with blue tooth. After latest iOS update it Its so long that it is becoming useless with phone calls. Phone rings, you answer, blue tooth does not connect and calling party hangs up. Needs major overhaul

“Optimize MFi connection” causes frequent re-connects. Seems quicker overall. “My Choice” no longer plagued with red icon. Using iOS 12.4.1. Changed from 1-star.
Pretty much useless app

App cannot stay connected to hearing aids...unsure if this is the Apple OS, the app itself or a combo of both! Very disappointed as it makes simple volume adjustments impossible.

App no longer connects to hearing aid. iPhones latest release last week messed it up. Tried paring, did no good. Tells me to turn on Bluetooth, which is already on. Guess I’ll have to wait for an app update or iPhone update.

Since update to ios13 my husband program doesn’t work properly. Keeps saying hearing aids not connected to Bluetooth. Only way to get it to work is to go to settings and open up through accessibility. Seems like you need update or you need to work with Apple to figure out what is going wrong. Often have to completely shut down iPhone and reboot. Using iPhone 7.
