New version won’t even open

Updated the app with the new version today and it doesn’t get past the banner screen. I’m stuck now, can’t open to adjust my hearing aids. Don’t you test these before you push them out? Junk!

IOS 13 broak the App

After installing IOS 13 the iphone connection will drop several times during the day.

I am giving it 3 stars because it was working great before IOS 13 update. I really hope this app is upgraded to work with new IOS very soon. I really liked the app when it was working. I could fine tune settings and now I can’t. Please, please update to work with the new IOS SOON!!!!! Like today?

I updated your app this morning, 9-29-19, and it will no longer open on my phone. I had no problems with it yesterday. Very disappointed.

Why do I have a red exclamation mark on the ‘my choice’ part, yet there is nothing to do?!?! It won’t go away! I have downloaded and reinstalled twice too. No change! Come on Costco, we need you to help us here! Please fix this!
