Useless app. Gets worse every update. Won’t stay connected. Have to delete and reload app to connect. Love the hearing aids but this app defeats the purpose of buying them as I am not able to control with my IPhone.

Every Time they update the app they mess something else up. There is now is a red dot on my choice that I cant find what it means. I hope they read this review and send an update fix. Please stop trying to make app better at the risk of messing up other features!!!!
Worthless

This app is just worthless. Rarely can I get it to connect to either, or both of my hearing devices. I take it into Costco, and after they fiddle around with it for 15-20 minutes, they get it to connect, but by later in the day it is not connected again. I have had my aids for over three years, and it seems like it used to work better.
Latest update

The latest update made the app not function at all. It was working fine before the update. Please roll it back. It now won’t open past the initial green screen.

I just updated the app but it won’t open. I just get the blue screen with the ear.
