The Choice app is compatible with the following devices:

Slow, poor and no End-User feedback loop

This app has several flaws: 1) if you create and save a custom profile, it’s ONLY usable while this app is running. It should ALSO have its OWN “tone” and should be accessible by pressing either ear’s button (which advances to the next prime-set when pressed. 2) Any “tone” or “Speech” soft buttons are only available for the current “Pre-set” and are reset when you advance to another pre-set. There needs to be an option to SAVE the modified “Pre-set” so when I move to the next one I don’t lose my change.


Never stays connected

This system is terrible. The aids are never connected, even though I carry my phone in my pocket all day, any time I check it, one or the other of the devices are not connected. What good is that? My phone is new, iPhone 12, but previous phone, iPhone 6 was the same. No more Kirkland for me. Too bad, the aids are good.

This app, as other reviewers have said is useless. In fact it’s worse than useless, it defeats the MFI feature of the Kirkland Hearing aids. It blocks my hearing aids from pairing with my iPhone. I deleted the app and no longer have pairing problems. I miss the option of having the “find my hearing aids” feature that the app provides, but the trade off is not worth it. The app has some really nice features that could help me tailor my hearing aids to my environment. I would be terrific if it hung on to the connection. Hoping for an update!

The Kirkland choice app is crap. It works only on occasion. I have an iPhone 6s and the app is constantly telling me to pair the hearing aids, even though they are working fine. Don’t bother loading it, not worth your frustration.

I have had KS 6 for a few years now. Choice never worked well. Navigator is even worse. Just bought new iPhone se 2020. Now can pair to only one of the two hearing aids. Navigator will not function. And irritatingly when I try to end nonfunctioning navigator it’s options are “stay here” or “ go to demo”. How about “quit” which is what I want to do and what I will do concerning future resound hearing aid purchases

App locks up in pairing

Latest version enters pairing mode after one “Agrees” to use and then locks up. Totally useless as now coded

This app is a waste of time and I should have written this way earlier but I’m a 4 1/2 year user and the app is crucial for the hearing aids which malfunctions on so many levels of the options it offers. Costco should be ashamed and should have fought to get this app working without hundreds of bad reviews I’ve read including mine. My hearing aids are at the 5 year mark and time to replace so I’ll see what Costco does now (3-26-2020).

this app has to constantly rebooted. It won't stay connected to both hearing aids. It changes volume levels by itself. this happens almost every time I make a call. A very frustrating item!
