Have had the hearing aids for two years and love them. However once I finally figured out how to download to my iPad, I cannot get it to paid correctly. One aid is paired with my iPhone and the other is paired with my iPad. Not satisfactory AT ALL,!!

Long time user. Very satisfied. Lately unsatisfactory experience w streaming. Hearing Aids abruptly stop working after streaming news or music. Just stopped working entirely. Have to restart HAids.

I have used this app for over a year with my hearing aids and really like it. With the latest Apple iPhone phone update, ISO 11, have been having trouble connecting and staying connected. Please update.

Does not support Apple Series 3 Watch

This app is old, out dated and not worthy of the price of hearing aides. This app does not support the Apple Series 3 Watch. This app does reliably control the volume but that’s about all.

Was cumbersome before but useful for rough volume and minimal setting but since IOS11 neither my aids nor this app would link up. App developer won’t let me past their in readable captcha won’t let me report the problem. So I deleted the app.

I have not been happy with my hearing aids since I got them. Check records at your San Bernardino, CA store. People ask me “Are you wearing your hearing aids?” When I go in to your store, they can’t find anything wrong. Not happy.
