Fail!!

Nonrodelab

Stupid new app can’t connect. Total failure.

Slow response time

Happy music student

Every time I access the app to adjust my hearing aids it takes about 30 seconds for the app to connect. By that time, the problem I was trying to resolve has gotten worse. For instance if I need to turn the volume down because someone has just turned on a noisy machine the app has to recognize the hearing aids first before it lets me access the volume control. This problem has further damaged my hearing. Then there is the app overriding my iphone so calls come through my hearing aids so I can’t hear the caller over the ambient noise in my environment. A horrible app. The developer should have to wear these hearing aids and try to use their app.

Does not work anymore with new version.

Al-1969

I used this app before the new version and it worked ok. Then I had some problems with my car WiFi. Now with this new version it does not work at all. My hearing aids connect to iOS just fine but will not connect to this app at all. It’s too bad I liked the app. I have iPhone 6S plus.

Cleaner interface but slower

Thourdin

I like the new look, but I am surprised the same icon was kept. It seems to take longer to connect to my hearing aids and there is no way to reset, after adjusting the volume, back to the default.

drops connection often

new version released a few weeks ago was unreliable losing status connection deleted reinstalled on iphone xr works now

Won’t sync to iPhone

Riffle pig

Updated the app- old one worked fine but..... Now my iPhone 6s won’t sync with the aids. Like to have adjustments etc but can’t get it working.

Still Useless

phall2000@

I agree with “useless”. This app is useless and I now go the controls for hearing aids in assessable to control volume. I deleted the app.

Favorites almost work

jcdaa

I have eight favorites, with two volume settings for each of the four program modes. Selecting a favorite reliably changes the mode but not the volume; that requires me selecting the SAME favorite a second time.

I cannot use app now

This is useless upgrade. I want the old app back.

How do I rollback?

emcee99

I wish I hadn’t let my phone update (4.01) this app. With the new version we must wait for the aids to reconnect every time we open the app. I make frequent changes so this is a very annoying change from the previous (3.2.2) version.
