Messages have incorrect dates and leaves messages unread. – Kaiser Permanente Review

I like the app, it’s easy to communicate with the doctors and see appointments. I also like that my Kaiser card is now in my Apple wallet. BUT ! I extremely unhappy with already opened messages to be constantly in « unread » position and have « incorrect dates ». Please fix that so the app was even better.
