Poor service. No access to my doctor – Kaiser Permanente Review

This is the worst possible service. You’re led to believe that your message goes to your doctor, but it does not. It goes to an administrator who fields it. I am unable - as a carer of my elderly, disabled husband - to contact my doctor and obtain urgent covid care for my husband. I get continual questions as to him needing to access the app or his own medical records in order to submit a request for care himself. He has advanced dementia snd cannot even answer a ‘phone. I have been his care for many years. The process is officious, and unhelpful. I hate not being actually able to contact my doctor at all.
