Have had no problems thus far, CLIENT’s say that they love it, and I never have to hold on to clients payment information. Use my code Chrw565 for your first $1000 of charges for free, take care!

It’s been almost two months and I still haven’t received a deposit. There’s no phone number listed on the app so you just have to submit a request for an email or call. I submitted for a call and they emailed me instead. They were initially responsive and said they would resolve my issue immediately but here we are, several days later and they are still holding my money captive. They have even asked that I stop following up although a manager initially gave me their number to follow up. I am frustrated and disappointed as this had potential.

Do not use this app if you would like to be paid right away or if you value customer service. I have now been waiting a month for payment without a word about when I can expect to receive it. I’m so disappointed.

While this service has worked well for some of my colleagues, it has failed in my book. After nearly a month of taking payment through Ivy Pay, I am still waiting on a deposit to be made to my account. At first, someone from the support team assured me they had all the necessary info for deposit, but in recent weeks, I haven’t gotten any responses through email or phone calls with an explanation of why I haven’t received the money I earned. I am going to switch services and will have to begin legal action against Ivy Pay. My wish is that no one has to go through this hassle.

I believe this has one of the lowest transaction rate, but don’t like how they don’t separate invoices and instead, provide the entire transaction for the year each month. Also, I’ve messaged about deposits coming a few days later than their supposed 1-2 business days. Also, you can not refund a chosen amount and only the entire charge, which is frustrating when let’s say the co pay was wrong off by a few bucks.

This app is an inexpensive HIPPA compliant way to store and process credit cards. Period. I don’t use it for any other purpose. Refunds are inconvenient because you can’t customize the amount BUT I often write a check to clients for any refunds at the end of the year because it’s easier for my bookkeeping with no fees. I’ve always received timely payments. They’re just as fast (actually faster) than Stripe and much less expensive. Weekly payment reports with fees in an easy excel format. I’ve referred two other colleagues in the past 12 months with no issues. 1/24/20 UPDATE!!! I got a reply in less than 12 hours from Taylor. She was very kind. The issue was explained, I was given a suggested workaround and it has been corrected in a new update today! That’s pretty great service! ***However, the update last night 1/22/20 has made the app useless because the text for dates and times of appointments has vanished. Poof. Gone. If you charge a client after their appointment you currently can’t update the charge to reflect the accurate time without a lot of guesswork. I hope it gets fixed quickly or I’ll have to vanish my business. I’ve emailed customer service and await a reply.******

Haven’t had any issues with Ivy Pay in the three years I’ve been using them. I’ve emailed multiple times this week that my deposits aren’t going through. I’m self employed and a week of no payments is a big nightmare. Also- not sure how I’m charging my clients this week. Super disappointed I haven’t heard back from their support staff. I would recommend finding another way to get paid.

I like the app, it generally works well. Clients like it. But, and a big BUT, is how long it takes for the money to appear in your account. They say 1-2 business days but it’s always at least two business days. And, if you bill on a Thursday, that means you don’t get the credit until Monday. When I find something better, I’ll jump.

I do like the functionality is the App in which I can automatically book my clients. However, transactions take longer than 2-3 days to reach your bank account. I’ve stopped using it for the most part just whining my clients down who I’ve registered with it. This App is very frustrating. It’s usually doesn’t open and always reverts back to the App Store to either download or open. You have have to play around with it in order for it to open. Further, you can’t control refunds which I was told two years ago would change. Overall, I’m not very happy with this App.
