App is great once it’s set up and connected to bank

A colleague recommended this app for my private counseling practice. It has been 7 months since my first charge. The first three months were incredibly challenging, as the app and app staff had significant difficulty depositing my funds and attending scheduled phone calls. I nearly stopped using this app at that time and was uncertain if I would ever access my funds. Once I began accessing funds 3 months after first use, I have enjoyed the ease of using this app for charging clients. I am hopeful that Ivy Pay has sorted out their staffing shortages and will provide positive customer feedback in future, if needed. I would hesitantly recommend using this app if you are willing to put up with the potential initial stress of connecting your bank account. - Kristen

Great app and I trust it! I had issues at first because my bank didn’t recognize that app; but after it was resolved I had no issues.

I tested IVY Pay with several transactions. The deposits were extremely slow for each one of them with average 5-6 days wait. That is full working week. Square is much faster with most deposit within 24 hours. I think IVY falsely advertise their deposit speed.

Fraudulent and Horrible

This has worked fine in the past. Recently I was unable to log in after a transaction processed from a client. This was a $250 transaction and I have not seen the funds. It’s been over a month. In addition the company has direct debited $130 from my bank account multiple times. They have failed to respond to any emails and contact attempts. So they are keeping my $250 and are stealing $130.

At first, I wanted to write a bad review for Ivy Pay.I assumed it was not possible to change the charge amount once a credit card was on file. I also assumed that it was not possible to execute a partial refund. With respect to not receiving my funds in 1 to 2 days, I was not aware that when the first charges are made, it may take several days before a deposit is made to the bank account. Finally, I allowed myself to get frustrated about “no customer service”. I requested a telephone call a few days ago, and had a very instructive conversation with Tiffany from Ivy Pay today. She answered everyone of my questions. The app contains all of the features that a therapist needs to make a charge, reverse a charge, make a partial refund, and change a charge. What I asked for was to make the instructions more clear to mitigate any confusion. I’m looking forward to moving ahead with IVY PAY. Frank Morelli, LMHC

This app is the best I’ve used since starting my practice 5 years ago. It provides a monthly and annual review for taxes (as well as each transaction of course) and their team is incredibly helpful! Charlie responded so quickly to questions I had tonight and I am very thankful! Will always be a loyal customer to ivypay!

I signed up for ivy pay 5 days ago and I charged my client it’s been 5 days and nothing showed up in my bank account I asked my client if everything is okay on her side she tells me that Ivy Pay has completely charged her for the purchase it’s no longer pending on her card I contacted support and I still haven’t gotten a reply I wouldn’t suggest anybody not looking for trouble to use this problematic app it needs serious help!! horrible customer service

Amazing App!

Get paid fast and compliantly. When a rare question pops up, the customer service is polite and prompt. I tried one of those all-inclusive platforms and it took forever to get paid. As a sole practitioner of a small, growing practice, I couldn’t live like that. I’d highly recommend IvyPay. I only wish I’d known about it sooner! I’ll never use anything else.
