Great billing app for therapists

I love this app. It is so easy to use. The system I used in the past was so cumbersome that I often put off doing it for days or weeks. Ivy Pay makes it simple to take a few seconds after each session, tap a couple buttons and get paid. I’m sure the app has many more bells and whistles, but I’ve never needed that. The customer support is beyond awesome. I recently sent in a question, and got a personal response from a real person within a couple of hours.

Been using IvyPay in my private practice for over a year now. Remains a breeze to use. Design is intuitive. Fees are low. Processing is efficient. I don’t use it for notes, just payments, and would check the fine print of their privacy policy if I did begin to use it for notes. But when I discovered today that they had included a feature to send clients the new required Good Faith Estimate (GFE), I was thoroughly impressed. They must have top notch developers to get that turned around so quickly.

I have used Ivy Pay since I started my practice and I love it. Their customer service is wonderful - knowledgeable and swift. I use it for payment for my self-pay clients, co-pays for clients using insurance, and for the trainings and workshops I facilitate that pay with credit card. It’s easy and convenient. My staff uses Ivy Pay to charge their clients, and it’s under my practice so it’s easy to keep up with everything too. Thank you!

New feature! Good Faith Estimate!

I have been using IVY Pay since May 2020. It’s very easy to use and I feel confident in asking my clients to put their credit card info in it. Yesterday, they unrolled a feature to provide Good Faith Estimates at the time you process their charge. We received an email letting us know about it. I responded to the help desk for further info - and they responded! (Seems rare these days to get any response from an app’s help desk, let alone one that is both helpful and quick.) This is a big headache reducer as I was struggling to find an efficient way to meet the new requirement. I highly recommend this app!

I’ve use Ivy Pay for more than four years. Their service is seem less, fee is competitive and lower than most credit card processors embedded in EHRs, and on the few occasions I’ve needed help they pick up the phone when you call. I’ll be a customer for many years to come.


No Surprises Act Support

IvyPay rolled out an add-on receipt in compliance with the No Surprises Act before our board even bothered to give us guidelines! They are so helpful, very responsive and super convenient. They’ve been a cornerstone of my private practice since nearly the beginning, it’s like having a receptionist, office manager and a bookkeeper right in your hands. My patients love it too. 10/10 would recommend (and have!). Genuinely love this service. Grateful for you IvyPay!!

I looked into a few companies to process cards for my clients and I am truly grateful I found Ivy Pay! It’s so very easy to use, I do not have to have access to the clients’ cards, and any refunds are effortlessly done, I can easily look back at charges, I get a list of payments coming in and so much more!
