This App and service has been such a blessing! I was easy to set up, is easy to use and when needed, support is speedy and communicative. I’ve used IVY PAY for nearly 4 years and have shared it with colleagues. My clients appreciate not having to bring their card every session. It also provides info for tax purposes.

Despite numerous requests for call backs, emails, and submitting complaints with the Better Business Bureau (with all documents supporting I set up a bank account linked to my profile) IVY pay still has my money. It’s a scam, do not use this service.

I have been using Ivy Pay for several months and am very happy with it. It is easy to use and provides a streamlined approach to collecting payments. I also take comfort in knowing it is HIPAA compliant. There have been a few challenges with getting the initial texts to go through to clients. This has been due to restrictive settings on clients’ cell phones, but Ivy Pay support has been phenomenal in getting these issues worked out smoothly and quickly. With a quick email, their team was on it with troubleshooting and guidance on how to resolve the issue that I could pass along to clients. I have also enjoyed the rewards of passing along the Ivy Pay app as an option to colleagues!

I love IvyPay and so do my clients. It’s super easy to use and update personal information if need be. It’s also nice not to have to be responsible for client credit card data. Ivy stores it all. I think it would be helpful to log in on the computer and see your client information or update settings but otherwise use through an iPhone is easy. It’s clean and straightforward. Support was very helpful when I had a question about tax documents. I recommend it to a lot of colleagues.
