I’ve been using Ivy Pay for several months. It’s simple, HIPPA compliant, and allows me to get paid immediately. My clients love it because there’s no need to swipe their card and during Telehealth, they don’t have to go to my website to pay. I no longer have any outstanding payments. I’ve been using IVY Pay for quite a while now after trying Square. I would waste 10 minutes of my clients’ sessions trying to swipe their card when I used Square. IVY pay has helped me avoid doing that and has been the best change I’ve made in my practice in a long time. I had a client ask a question about getting a receipt and received a response from Jules immediately. I was so happy to share a quick response with my client after my question was answered. I would recommend IVY pay to all therapists in private practice!

5 stars for Ivy Pay! I did a cost comparison and It’s the cheapest card processing platform available right now. I also love that I don’t have to hassle with taking any card info from my clients. the customer service is also excellent. I recommend Ivy Pay for any therapists wanted to provide the convenience of card payments to their clients.

This is an easy app to use to collect payments from patients. I had a few questions, contacted support via the portal, and I received help right away! I strongly encourage use of this app!

I have been using IVY for several years and it has been consistently reliable and easy to use. I like that the client needs to enter their credit card information only one time or whenever there are changes to their credit card. Whenever I have contacted technical support, which is rare, someone responds very promptly and they have been able to resolve my problems quickly. If there is anything I would like to see IVY add, it would be handy if I could also use the app from a computer and not only from the iOS or android app. But this is minor.

I have been using this platform since March 2020 when the pandemic began. Clients find it easy to use. I have never had any issue with payment being deposited. It is a HIPPA compliant platform and many clients prefer this option over other forms of payment.
