This app does not work. Do not waste money buying an instax fujifilm product when the app won't even connect to the printer to print a photo. Terrible customer service and nothing has been done to fix the app for months!

Connected iPhone to SP-1 over wifi. Opened photos and printed 5 without any connection issues.

Really bad. Can't access favorites album. All Photos album can only be sorted be added date and NOT capture date. No share extension to use from within photos app. Just plain terrible.

The apps works great, but a few upgrades would make it perfect. 1) It won’t let me select photos in the cloud, a quick workaround is to select the cloud photo in a text message and it will then download it for you (2) must select the printer under wifi to use app, I don’t have to do that for the Sprocket app (3) update the design of app, it’s a bit dated.

Does what it needs to do. UI is not very intuitive. you’re forced to use the “ intelligent filter” if you want sharpness with anything you print. (The sharpen option is not available in the custom filter) It’s almost as if the pictures are down sampled until you apply the intelligent filter. also just not enough image adjustment options available because the blacks are crushed in the final print. you can’t fix everything with brightness and contrast. I am not going to separately process my images just to print them with the printer. lack of airprint support is just sad as well but that’s more of a hardware issue. Picture selection interface could be better, iCloud pictures support is “missing” considering it has been around for a while now.

Every time I try to print a picture it says I can’t not print that photo , so it basically makes the printer useless

Ever since I updated my iPhone to iOS 10, my app stopped working and I haven't been able to use my printer. I have the SP1 Printer and I have no problem finding it and connecting to it via setting--> wifi but every time I open the app, it always says "cannot connect to printer". I've called fujifilm a year ago and they keep telling me the next app update will fix the problem. It's been a year and two updates and the problem still persists !! I've only had the printer for a year before the new iOS came out and the app somehow became unable to connect and my printer has just been wasting away. I'm very upset as I spent a lot of money on the printer. If this is some ploy to get customers to switch out the SP1 Printer for the sp2 and sp3, despite the app claiming to work for all three, I would be very disappointed.
Won’t print from my Photos!

The photos I want to print printer says not able use photo! Why???!!!!! Even after I edit and save to my photo album!! Very frustrating! Please make it possible to print from computer and fix this Problem!! Not ever buying an instax again!
