Printing ok, then did the update and I can’t get the SP-2 to connect. Please get this fixed!

So the app is useless because no printers can be found. I've contacted fujifilm & as yet they have done nothing to fix it. So now I'm forced to return this printer because it cannot be used.

The printer no longer connects to the phone via wifi, and the app doesn’t do anything to help. i spent a lot of money on this printer, and it’s really disappointing that i can’t even use it anymore.

Camera roll problem

My full camera roll is not uploading on the app I'm not quite sure why i mean my old pictures got transferred to the app but not my recent pictures. I turned off and on the printer still not working.. -.-
NO CAMERA ROLL ACCESS, PLEASE FIX

Just unboxed the printer, connected to my phone/app and no pictures from my camera roll are showing up...please fix this as there really is no point in the printer if there is no access to the photos in the camera roll
