Doesn’t Work iPhone X

Ever since the last update, the printer doesn’t connect to my iPhone X. But, it’s odd because when I go to FAQ in the app settings it says “cannot connect to internet as the device is connected to the printer.” So it is connected. Thus when I go into printer setting it says “could not connect to the printer.” What a junk. Used it once to print 60 film and now its useless. Fix it or don’t sell it.
One minor bug...

I like to use one of the templates to add text to my photo. Even though it says the text is too long, I’m able to fit a word or two into the text box. Can you fix that so I can plan out my print a little better?

i keep my printer in mint condition and now that i actually need to print good quality photos it doesn’t want to connect to my new iphone. can you guys please update this app??

The app should be optimized for iPhone X screen size and the brightness needs to be fixed ASAP it makes you have to put -50 brightness and maybe a feature to stretch and reduce pictures so they fit better in the square film if they gave this app

I’m so upset I used this once and it connected fine! A few weeks later it won’t even pop up on Bluetooth!? What happened!?

i’m not sure if it’s because i have upgraded my phone to ios 11 but this app will not connect to my printer even though my phone connects to the printer in the wifi settings. this is how i know that it is the app that is not working and not the printer. also, almost all of my photos in my iphone library get the warning “this selected photo can not be used” and i’m not sure why. please fix this. this was an expensive printer that i am sad i’ll have to return if this app refuses to work.
