I've tried 7 times now to download this app. I open it to find a blank black screen every time. It will not open. This makes the printer an expensive paper weight.

Make sure your printer is setup on your phone's wifi before starting this app otherwise you'll get a blank screen. Works great after that. It's not Bluetooth!

The app connects to the Fujifilm Instax Printer just fine. All you gotta do is download this app right after you connect to the Instax Printer's Wi-Fi. It's connected through its own Wi-Fi to your iPhone, and it's iOs 10 compatible. As long as your printer is charged, has film, and is connected to your phone then it should be 100% okay. I don't know why lots of the reviews under scared me because mine literally works great, I mean my baby can probably print an Instax like nothing. If your phone is not currently updated, not connected to the printer Wi-Fi, or is jailbroken maybe that's why the app doesn't work.

I used this all the time. Now, the app doesn't recognize all my photos. I have over 4,000 pics on my phone and it only sees about 400. Why? It makes no sense. Fix this please. I have allowed access to my photos, but it doesn't see them. I need all of them.

REGRET purchasing FUJIFILM instax printer because of this terrible APP. Doesn't even show 1/10 of photo on my device and quality of the preview is ridiculously bad. Seems like this company just want to get money out of this device and zero considerations for the users.

I think the other reviews are being unfair. The app may need a design refresh, but everything works as it should. No complaints here. And the printer is plenty fun.

I have iPhone 6s with IOS 9.3 and everything connects but when I want to print a picture from my camera roll it only shows me the album names but no pictures show up. Please fix this !! Older versions worked, regret updating it
