The app is easy to use but the brightness needs to be adjusted...the picture comes out brighter than what it originally is on the phone. Also, it would be great to be able to resize the photo into the square template. Every photo I want to print doesn’t turn out good bc my photo looks “zoomed in.” I would like to be able to resize the photo smaller to so I can see my full picture so it doesn’t looked like it was cropped. Also, not many filters to choose from.

Won't connect to printer. And when it finally does it won't print any of the photos. Very very disappointed!!!
Basic, functional, needs improvement

This needs some work to improve. It does the basic task of connecting to an Instax Share printer, so it works. That said, it’s a bit clunky for an app. It’s a little slow. It hasn’t been optimized for iPhone X yet. For some reason it won’t display Favorites from my photos, but is able to display all the other albums (I had to make a specific “to instax” album, go into my favorites, add the photo to the new album, then go back to the app to print). Lots of room for improvement, and with the release of the SP-3, hopefully that will continue.
USED to be great - now a total waste

SP-1 bought two years ago. Worked awesome. Went to use it and now it says it can’t print from my photos. Reinstall does nothing - can print from Facebook or Instagram which has captions and I hate. F* you Instax!!!

Says all photos in camera roll are not able to be selected. As a result cannot print ANY photos.

This is on my iPad Pro. Trouble shooting says you must allow the app access to the camera, but when you go to the settings, it’s not even on the selection. It’s only allowed access to photos. :( Although I have no problem with my Galaxy s8 edge.

So it looks like I’m not the only one that has problem printing a picture and with no connection. Please fix it! Im so upset I can’t use my printer!!

Please update the app! I bought my instax printer sp 1 about 2 1/2 years ago and printed amazing photos from this printer. It’s a easy app to use where I can pick and choose which photos from my album I want to print or reprint again. However, nothing works now as I go to reach for my printer. My printer is connected and when I go click print photo- it says the printer is not connected and that I need to update the app but the app is already up to date from what the Apple store is telling me. This is frustrating knowing that my printer is in mint condition because I still keep it in its bubble wrap slip and box when I first purchased and now it won’t print my photos which makes it useless! Plus I had also recently purchased new batteries for this baby which are not cheap. Fix the issue please! I would like to continue to use my printer!!!!

I got this printer several years ago and have used it very little. I am now beginning to use it. The app does not work. It is not updated! You need to update it! Come on Fuji, you are better than this! I am going to blog the heck out of this one. I do not want to upgrade my printer and spend a small fortune I just want you to be a responsible company and fix this app!
