App wouldn't connect to printer! – instax SHARE Review

Ever since I updated my iPhone to iOS 10, my app stopped working and I haven't been able to use my printer. I have the SP1 Printer and I have no problem finding it and connecting to it via setting--> wifi but every time I open the app, it always says "cannot connect to printer". I've called fujifilm a year ago and they keep telling me the next app update will fix the problem. It's been a year and two updates and the problem still persists !! I've only had the printer for a year before the new iOS came out and the app somehow became unable to connect and my printer has just been wasting away. I'm very upset as I spent a lot of money on the printer. If this is some ploy to get customers to switch out the SP1 Printer for the sp2 and sp3, despite the app claiming to work for all three, I would be very disappointed.
