What exactly is the point of an over-priced printing device DEPENDENT on an iPhone if it does not work AT ALL with any up to date iPhones? I am just so sad. ☹️ I basically have an iPhone printer that I can't use in any capacity with my iPhone. ಠ_ಠ how does this make any sense? How do you not have developers fixing this YESTERDAY???
Doesn't see most my photographs

The app doesn't see most of the photos on my iphone, which makes it -- and my instax printer -- useless. This used to work -- I used to be able to see and print any of my photos, so i am not sure what happened here.

Select a photo? It shows me just 3 photos!!! 3 photos! I have more than 500 photos in my phone and the freaking app only shows me 3 photos! This is ridiculous, the only way for the printer to work is by using this stupid app and this stupid app doesn't work! So I paid $190 for an unworkable machine? Are you Kidding me right now??? Any help??

The first time I downloaded the app, it didn't work. When I opened the app, it was blank (no menu at all) as other reviews said. I used iPhone iOS 10.1. So I deleted the app and reinstalled it. The second time works! And you had to connect the printer as wifi (not your home wifi) - took me a while to figure it out. Eventually it worked and I can print photos. But the user experience using the app, especially the first time, wasn't very good. They should have a more clear instructions. The app sometimes has bugs too. Without the app, the printer is useless. The printer costs around $200... very expensive. I hope they can fix the bugs of the app and make it easy to use. So we will think it is worth the money buying the printer.

I just spent $200 on this new printer and it will not allow me access to the majority of my camera roll. Tried deleting and re-downloading, making a small album on my iPhone prior to opening the app, making sure my phone was updated as well as confirming the instax share app was up to date-- It makes no difference!!! The app is rendering this expensive machine USELESS!!! I literally have a printer that can't print because of the APP!!!

After reading the reviews from everyone, I got scared and didn't get my hopes up. Surprisingly it works and is easy to work with as long as you follow the instructions. I honestly don't know why there are such bad reviews!

This app is a complete waste of time. I purchased the SP-1 printer for $200, but couldn't even test it because THIS APP IS ABSOLUTE CRAP. The app won't connect to the printer, SO I CANT EVEN USE THE PRINTER! It just keeps saying 'cannot connect to printer' no matter how many times i reinstall, uninstall, force close, or try this app. It is complete BS that I can't even enjoy my printer because of this dumb app. Creators need to FIX THIS. there is a REASON why there are only 2 stars for it! FIX THIS. MY PRINTER IS NOW USELESS. YOUR APP HAS MAJOR PROBLEMS. The only reason why i gave it one star is because it's not possible to give it no stars.
