Printer won’t connect

I literally just got this printer today. Set it up on my iPhone SE, connected to its Wifi and opened up the app, and it says there is no connection. How disappointing. I’m able to print straight from my Fuji camera, but I can’t even print from my phone which is what I intended to use this for. Please fix this issue!

I JUST bought this printer for my birthday and I can’t even connect!!! If I’m never going to be able to connect to the printer at all, then it’s a waste of my money and a big disappointment on my birthday :c

I've had the instax share sp-2 for almost a year and the past 3 months it tells me every picture I have can't be printed.

FOUND A SOLUTION

I got the Instax Share SP-2 a few months ago and it was working great. A few days ago, it stopped letting me use pictures from my iPhone (7) photos. I scrolled through a bunch, even previous printed ones, to no avail. I called the company and they said to send it back. However, while scrolling, my friend had sent me a screenshot and that worked for some reason. Anything he sent me from his phone (galaxy s7) it would show it ready to print. I decided to send him pictures and have him send them back (via whatsapp since it automatically saves to my phone) and IT WORKED. I could print them, first up from my photos. I am hoping next update will fix this issue, if not I will send it in. For now, I’ll do my method. Hope this helps!

I’m unable to print from my iPhone. Had no problems a few months ago but now that I want to use it, the app doesn’t work. Keeps saying not connected when I know that it is. Or I get a message that reads “this photo cannot print.” Very disappointed!

Why isn’t it working?

This used to work great—open the app, connect to the printer and print as many pictures as you need. I just went on it and every picture I selected said that for whatever reason I couldn’t print that picture. I clicked print to see what would happen, hoping that it would print the image. Nope, I wasted a lot of film on this, and stuff is expensive. Pleas fix the app I really enjoyed it before.
