Gets stuck at splash screen

I keep having to uninstall and reinstall the app because after a day of working it gets stuck at the loading screen, it’s really annoying
Deceptive listings and star ratings

Recently booked what was to be a 2.5 star hotel with free breakfast. We arrived at what can only be described as a motel 6. No problem, if that’s the class of hotel I had booked. But, it wasn’t. Hotwire compared this hotel to a Holiday Inn Express. This was far from it. Stained comforter, no breakfast, motel style hotel though the listing described “inn and suites.” I reached out to Hotwire support and they were of NO help. Easy decision for me after booking with them for years. Never doing business with Hotwire again. There are plenty of other competitors with more reliable and accurate listing information.
Don’t book car rental on Hotwire

You will be left stranded on the side of the road. Ace car rentals (scam) is Mex car rental. They don’t maintain their cars. When the car breaks down, you get to pay the bill. Hotwire won’t help you. You will be stranded and left with a bill $1,000 more than you agreed.

I have been using Hotwire for years. Have never had an issue. I Always compare pricing and Hotwire always has the best prices at my favorite hotels.

Provided out of date info in confirmation email about hotel parking charges then did not really help in dispute. Hotwire called hotel and then said couldn’t help any further as hotel made charge not them. Thanks for nothing! Never using Hotwire again!

Works great. My only suggestion is the ability to book after midnight for the previous day so if your late getting in it’s still possible to book. Easy Peasy. Thank you

I am always pleased when I use Hotwire, and my most recent trip to Nashville was no different. Frustrated customers may just not know how to filter out good deals for high rated hotels. In my experience I only book 4 star+ hotels with Hotwire, and it’s a great experience every time. Booking hotels of lower ratings may not have as great of results, but I will always use!!

I tried to book a hotel for a hundred dollars and Hotwire said the deal was over. Then I made reservations in the same hotel for an extra 40 dollars. Scam!! I won’t use Hotwire in the future! Sick of Hotwire
Disgusting
way to consuming.
My first time using this app will be the last. Basically a cover for dive hotels you’d never use if you knew. Bedbugs and urine smells shouldn’t be acceptable to anyone.
