App not working

Jalen04

My app hasn’t worked in a month it just sits on the opening screen and never loads. I’ve taken it off and put it back on and same results. And yes it’s updated and also I’ve purchased a new phone hat so happen during this period and it’s stroll the same.

Deceptive advertising

Endri.S

I booked a hotel in Vegas, and i was disclosed a lesser final price than I actually had to pay. Be careful, on very small fine print they will put the resort fee, somewhere it is hard for the consumer to see. Please, just use Priceline, they are honest and tell you the resort fees and how much your total booking price will be. Resort fees included.

I payed $250 for a single night stay at a 2-star hotel in Tampa. The hotel that I got was too far away from where I wanted. I called in to the cc dept within a minute to see if they could cancel the booking and let me book another hotel closeby, but they said I had to pay a $40 cancellation fee to do that.

Worst Christmas ever

sydneyelena

Wow, Where do I even start! WHAT A AWFUL EXPERIENCE I was supposed to travel across the contry out of a very small air port on Christmas Eve to travel with family, got to the air port for my flight only to be told it took off an hour ago, myself and the gentleman next to me never got any notification of a flight time change. (When the lady behind the desk realized I used Hotwire she straight up laughed a little bit which was scary.) so I thank god got another flight 6 hours later but that was an awful start and then now on New Year’s Day I am up at 5 am to check in for my flight and the flight have no record of me what so ever. Come to find out because my first flight on Christmas Eve was changed(DUE TO HOT WIRES MISTAKE) Hotwire took that as a ‘oh she missed the whole trip’ and completely canceled my flight home AGAIN WITH OUT INFORMING ME. So now I am stuck in Florida until the next red eye. DO NOT USE WILL NEVER USE AGAIN

You might not get what is promised.

I’ve used Hotwire 4 times now. The first time it was I felt like I got a good deal in a nice hotel. The next three times the hotels were said to be nice hotels but once we got there they were significantly lower quality than what the post stated. Just know you might be getting a low quality hotel even when they are promising higher quality.
