Easily the worst booking site and customer service! This is a very dishonest company that never delivers on there promises. I cancelled a reservation on July 21, 2020 and was told a refund was being processed. 2 weeks later I was to it had to go through a manual refund process. For the next couple of months I was told it was still processing. It’s now September 26, 2020 and I’m told not to worry it’s still coming. What a scam! Don’t ever use Hotwire regardless of the rates.
Not satisfied with hotel selection.. wanted the Paris hotel..will be my last time using Hotwire

I was promised a choice of 3 hotels and just got a no brand hotel that is HORRIBLE!!

Apple Pay Doesn’t Work, Coupon Codes Iffy

Apple Pay refused to work, valid coupon codes had to be tried four times before they worked.
Sleep in. Is not a 2.5 star hotel.

I’m dissapointed in my “hot deal”. First one I selected was sold out. This sleep inn billed as a 2.5 star hotel. Disappointed in Hotwire.

I ordered three times and on the time I need to pay more money in the hotels Because This app not showing exactly All the detail! One time I get home in the parking Second time I get roomSmall and disgusting And today I get home for one US$160Again on the parking side of the hotel in the first floor face to the parking A bit extreme I need to change it!I check in for class action for this app
